The Brief

As a design intern at Jones Knowles Ritchie, we were tasked with creating a drinks brand. We had full freedom, from choosing the audience to shaping the visual identity, which meant we could build something completely from scratch and really make it our own.

Design Process

I developed a brand built to amplify daringness. One that champions the unconventional, celebrates difference and unites those who don’t fit in through the shared joy of a sparkling fruit juice. With this drag race loving, queer, self-expressionist consumer in mind, I created mood boards, logo sketches, website wireframes, and motion storyboards, strengthening my visual research, concept ideation and design exploration skills. From this, WERK!, a boldly unapologetic brand was born.
